PULMOFLU™ contains Oseltamivir Phosphate equivalent to Oseltamivir 12 mg per mL after reconstitution. It is a dry syrup for reconstitution that provides a convenient oral antiviral formulation for the treatment of influenza, as prescribed by a registered medical practitioner.
Oseltamivir is a neuraminidase inhibitor with activity against influenza A and influenza B viruses. Antiviral treatment provides the greatest benefit when initiated early after the onset of influenza symptoms.
Overview
PULMOFLU™ Oral Suspension is designed for physician-directed management of influenza. After reconstitution, it provides 60 mL of oral suspension, containing 12 mg of Oseltamivir per mL.
Oseltamivir works by inhibiting the viral neuraminidase enzyme, helping limit the release and spread of influenza virus particles. It is active against both Influenza A and Influenza B.

Indications / Uses
PULMOFLU may be prescribed for:
- Treatment of acute influenza A
- Treatment of acute influenza B
- Physician-directed management of uncomplicated influenza
- Influenza antiviral therapy in appropriate patients, according to age, clinical condition and prescribing guidance
Oseltamivir treatment is generally indicated for acute, uncomplicated influenza when initiated early; antiviral therapy may also be beneficial beyond 48 hours in certain severe, progressive or hospitalized cases under medical supervision.
